The YOUR CU Mobile Banking application provides a secure platform for conducting banking transactions remotely, offering access to account information and banking services at any time and from any location. Users can check balances, pay bills, and transfer funds with ease.

Designed for convenience, the app allows seamless integration with existing online banking login credentials, eliminating the need for multiple passwords. Compatibility extends to iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.

• Secure login using your current Username and Password
• Optional biometric authentication via Fingerprint ID or Facial Recognition for expedited access
• Real-time viewing of account activity, balances, and recent transactions
• Bill payment capabilities, including scheduling future payments
• Management of upcoming scheduled bills and transfers
• Instant fund transfers via Interac e-Transfer®
• Transfers between your accounts, including different memberships
• Mobile cheque deposit through smartphone or tablet camera
• Quick View feature for instant balance checking without login

Permissions

Utilization of the mobile app requires permission to access certain device functions, including:

• Full network access to enable Internet connectivity
• Camera access for mobile cheque deposit via Deposit Anywhere™
• Contacts access to facilitate easy transfer setup through Interac e-Transfer®

Access Eligibility

Access is available to current members of YOUR CU Community Credit Union who utilize online banking services. Prospective members are encouraged to contact the credit union to establish new membership and gain access.

The use of the mobile application is governed by the terms specified in the YOUR CU Community Credit Union Account Access Agreement for personal accounts.
